The Rambla de los Argentinos is the famous seafront promenade of Piriapolis. It owes its name to the many Argentine tourists who have always visited the resort and contributed to its prosperity.
The promenade extends along the entire bay and offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Benches invite you to linger, and in the evenings it's a popular meeting place.
The Rambla was created by Francisco Piria and remains the heart of public life in Piriapolis to this day. People have been strolling here for over 100 years.
